I have to say that I was a little shaken upon hearing that Harrison had passed away. I’ve been a fan of his since junior high. I remember reading ‘The Stainless Steel Rat For President’ and loving it so much. “Slippery Jim” DiGriz was a bad guy you could like. Since then, I’ve come to like all of his writings, including ‘Bill the Galactic Hero.’ And yes, that’s my copy of ‘Make Room!’ that was movie-titled ‘Soylent Green.’ Harry! You’ve given me years of reading pleasure and you will be sorely missed. Godspeed and rest in peace.
