Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides

Number four is on it's way in May 2011 and it looks like it’s rounding up some familiar faces. Keith Richards will be returning as Jack’s dad, and Penelope Cruz will play Blackbeard’s daughter. Geoffrey Rush will be reprising his role and Ian McShane will play Blackbeard.

The story is loosely based upon the novel, ‘On Stranger Tides’, by Tim Powers. I tried tracking down a copy of it, but seems that when word of a movie goes out, prices on such things skyrocket. So, I’m still looking. If his book is half as good as his ‘Anubis Gate’ then it should be a pretty good read!

Marvel has just released the trailer to Thor and I think I may have wet myself. This looks to be a great movie and I can't wait for May. Chris Hemsworth has definitely beefed up for the part and you get a glimpse of some hammer-fu! Sir Anthony Hopkins plays Odin and Natalie Portman will be the love interest, though I'd be happy without it. Truly looks great but then I've been told I'm easy, so take a look and tell me what you think!
