TexiCon and ReaperCon this weekend

ReaperCon has already started and Texicon starts today so there is no reason not to find something to do this weekend. ReaperCon is a fun little get-together for miniatures enthusiasts and is billed as “Four glorious days of paint, games, and classes featuring your favorite industry artists and Reaper Peeps!”

$10 day pass or $30 for the weekend which isn’t much of a deal if you missed yesterday. One of the bonuses, is that if you have a badge from ReaperCon, you can get in free over at TexiCon in Ft. Worth.

TexiCon, started as an idea by brothers, Kevin and Karl Pajak, promotes role-playing, miniatures, and board-gaming. The premise was to have a true gaming convention where gamers could come together as a community and talk shop and, of course, game. As with ReaperCon, if you bring your ReaperCon badge, you can get into TexiCon for free. For those of you without, the price is $25 at the door or $40 for the weekend.
