To my Geek family I'd like to ask if you can help. We are less than a month away from the yearly DFW Brain Tumor Walk and we are attempting to raise money for brain tumor research through the National Brain Tumor Society. I lost my beautiful wife to a brain tumor 3 years ago and wish that no one has to go through what I, my daughter, and our family have had to go through. In her honor, would you consider donating or passing this message on to those that might be in a better position to help. Even a dollar helps the cause.
We’ve raised $100 so far with a raffle that we held on Star Wars Reads Day and will have a collection box out at the counter for those that want to donate face to face. If you’re interested in walking with us, feel free to ask me how and we’ll get you set up.
