The North Texas Comic Book Show will be held Saturday October 19, 2013 from 9:30 AM until 5:00 PM. This event is held every quarter and it gives the collector a chance to go to a show that maybe doesn’t cost as much as the bigger ones, thus leaving more money in the pocket to purchase those items that he or she is looking for. The event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel at Dallas Market Center and will mark the second anniversary of the show. Admission is $2 and kids 12 and under get in free.
Guests will include Ben Dunn, Steve Erwin, AC Osorio, and Mark Reznicek (appearing 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM). Other local fan favorites include Tom Branch, Eddie Medina, Jason Adams, Bobby Blakey, Kathryn Crenshaw, and Diana Almand.
For those that love to dress up, they will have a costume contest with a top prize of $100 with cash prizes for the next four spots. It is for all ages and you can check out the details on the website.
